Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to Lanka Honest.

Delivery Times

• Sri Lankan products: 3–5 working days
• Imported products (including Hot Wheels, LEGO Toys, and selected Action Figures): 7–14 working days

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only considered if the product arrives with physical damage caused during delivery or if you receive the wrong product.

Physical damage may include:

• Broken or cracked products
• Severely damaged parts
• Products that are unusable due to shipping damage

To request a refund or replacement:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible after receiving your order.
2. Send clear photographs of the physically damaged product, the packaging, and your order details.
3. Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome.

If your claim is approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

• Minor cosmetic imperfections
• Small scratches or scuff marks that do not affect the functionality of the product
• Small sticker residue or slight sticker removal marks
• Minor packaging damage where the product itself is not physically damaged
• Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling
• Change of mind after purchase

Custom Printed Products

Custom printed T-shirts and mugs are made specifically for each customer and cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind.

However, if a custom printed product arrives with physical damage or the printed design does not match the approved order, please contact us with clear photographs for review.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us promptly. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
