- Kitchen Accessories
- Other lifestyle products
Custom Orders
Customers may:
- Provide their own T-shirt or mug for printing, or
- Purchase our T-shirts or mugs and request custom printing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted designs, logos, and artwork do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Once production of a custom order has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders
Orders are accepted subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are:
- Sri Lankan products: 3–5 working days
- Imported products (including selected Hot Wheels, LEGO sets, and Action Figures): 7–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Warranty
Products that include a warranty will clearly state the warranty period in the product description.
Products without a warranty statement are sold without a warranty unless required by applicable law.
Customer Accounts
Creating an account is optional.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs created by Lanka Honest, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Lanka Honest shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
